Kohana is committed to providing a positive experience for game developers and players of all ages. Kohana also reserves the right to refuse the hosting of any content as necessary.

Abusive or Hateful Content
- Malicious or abusive content or comment toward creators or other users.
- Revealing an individual’s personal information (e.g. real name, contact information, address, social security numbers etc.).
- Hateful content or comment that promotes or encourages violence, or has the primary purpose of inciting hate towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, political orientation, etc. is not allowed.
Copyright
- The use of third party content without permission and source credit.
- Any copyright content that is not allowed to be used.
Mature or Sexual Content
- Graphics of nudity, sexual acts, pornographic
- Non-consensual sexual acts promote sexual violence to include rape, sexual assault, kidnapping for sexual purposes, or sexual slavery.
- Illegal sex acts including, but not limited to, bestiality or necrophilia, or incest.
- Any sexual content between characters must abide by the age of consent (16 years old) of the United States law.
Violent or Graphic Content
- Brutal, extreme, extended, graphic acts of violence. Terrorist activity.
- Depiction of sadism, or glorification/promotion of inflicting harm on others
- Glorification or promotion of self-harm
Spam and Advertising
- Posting unsolicited or unwanted content or links is not allowed.
