Delete Your Account

You can delete your Kohana account and its associated data directly from the app, at any time, with no need to contact us:

Open the Kohana app → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting individual data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific things you've posted:

• Comments — open the comment on the novel's page in the app and tap Delete.
• Private novel shares — go to Settings → My Shares in the app and tap Revoke next to the share you want removed.

Both actions take effect immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, username, and password)
• Your active login sessions and registered devices
• Your export request history
• Your subscription/premium records
• Any private novel shares you created

What is kept

Novels you published, and comments or likes you left on other novels, are not deleted along with your account — they remain part of the platform (shown with a generic, non-identifying attribution instead of your account) so that other users' experience of content already shared publicly isn't disrupted. If you'd like your published novels or comments specifically removed as well, contact us at [email protected] before deleting your account, and we'll help with that separately.
