Before you write
Tell us:
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened.
- Your device and the app version. Settings > About > Licenses shows the version.
- For account or Premium problems, the email of your account (never your password).
- For export problems, the Request ID from Settings > Export requests.
- A screenshot, if it helps.
Bugs and ideas
The community's Discord has a place to report bugs and to suggest ideas. Search first, since someone may have already reported it.
Report content
To report a novel or comment that breaks the rules, use Report in the app, or email us with a link. See the Community guidelines.
Delete your data
You can delete your account in the app without contacting us.
