Export requests

Every app export you ask for is listed in Settings > Export requests, so you can see how it is going and download the result.
The option appears in Settings when you have Premium.
The list
Each request shows the novel, the format and one of:

|---|---|
| Processing | Being built. This usually takes 10 to 15 minutes |
| Completed on … | Ready. Open it to download |
| Failed | Something went wrong |
Open a request
Tap a request to see its Request ID, Novel title, Package name, Version name and Format, and a DOWNLOAD button when it is ready.
Exported novels
When an export finishes you get an email (and a notification, if you turned on Export notifications in Notification Settings). The link opens Kohana on the request. Nothing is downloaded until you tap DOWNLOAD.
Download files as in Settings decides what happens next on Android: Save to device or Share.
If an export fails
- Tap Contact Support on the request and tell us the Request ID.
- Check your package name and that your novel opens and plays correctly.
- Very large novels are more likely to fail. Compress your media. See Importing images, audio and video.
- Try again. It counts as a new request.
