Save sync
With Premium, your saves are copied to your Kohana account, so they follow you to every browser and computer where you're logged in. Without Premium, saves stay in the browser where you made them: see Play a novel.
How it works
- Saves sync automatically: when you open a novel, and each time you save or delete a save. There's nothing to press.
- Each save slot keeps its newest version. If you saved slot 2 on one computer and later on another, the later one wins everywhere. Deleting a save is synced the same way.
- You keep playing and saving normally when sync isn't available (offline, logged out, or no Premium). Your saves in that browser are never removed by sync, and they sync the next time it can.
Any Premium plan includes save sync. See Premium.
Which saves sync
- Saves made in the Web Player, while logged in with Premium.
- Very old saves, from before novels were updated to the current save format, stay in the browser where they were made.
- Novels you open from a local file or a private link sync too, as long as you're logged in.
If Premium ends
Your saves stay in each browser, but they stop syncing. The synced copies on Kohana's servers are deleted 90 days later, unless you subscribe again.
