Troubleshooting

| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| I only see "Get the Kohana app" | The Web Player is for computers. Use a computer, or the app on your phone |
| The novel won't load | Check your connection and reload. Large novels need a while. Try another browser |
| No sound | Click on the page once (browsers block audio until you do), and check the volume in the novel's settings and on your computer |
| My save is gone | Saves live in your browser. They disappear if you cleared site data, or used a private window, or a different browser |
| A private link says "not found" or "expired" | The creator revoked it, or its time ran out. Ask for a new one |
| The cutscene doesn't play | Update your browser. Some browsers block video until you click |
| "Novel not found" | It isn't published, or it was removed |
| It's slow | Close other tabs. Large novels use a lot of memory |
